- CA 10-Workers Compensation Claims
- CA 12-Medical Coordination of Workers Compensation Claims
- CA 14-Return to Work and Disability Management in the WC System
- CA 16A-Permanent Disability Rating and AMA Guides
- CA 11-Workers Compensation Claims Advanced
Program Options: WCCA courses are available in an online self-study format.
We Recommend WCCA for: California claims professionals and workers compensation specialists.
Course Sequence: For program participants with less than six months' claims handling
experience, we recommend that you take the
Introduction to Workers Compensation Claims before
starting the WCCA program.
MCLE and BRN Credit: MCLE credit is available for WCCA online courses, if approved by the California State Bar. To request credit, please contact the California State Bar and complete a Member Credit Request form. The rated hours of instruction can be found on the main page of your online course. You may also contact IEA to enroll in the equivalent online-instructor led or seminar format to receive credit.

The California Workers Compensation Claims Administration (WCCA) certificate program consists of five courses.
Designed to help produce qualified personnel for the claims industry, the program was developed for workers
compensation specialists employed by insurance companies, self-insured organizations, and third-party
administrators, as well as for others who can benefit from a comprehensive course of study on workers compensation
procedures and practices.
