- Describe the purpose of, focus of, procedures for, and key elements of a disaster recovery plan.
- Describe the nature of and the pre-loss and post-loss actions appropriate for temperature extremes causes of loss.
- Describe the nature of and the pre-loss and post-loss actions appropriate for wind causes of loss.
- Describe the nature of and the pre-loss and post-loss actions appropriate for water causes of loss.
- Describe the nature of and the pre-loss and post-loss actions appropriate for land causes of loss.
- Describe the nature of and the pre-loss and post-loss actions appropriate for other property causes of loss.
- Describe the shutdown procedures that are appropriate after a disaster.
