• Given a case, analyze each of the following to determine whether coverage exists:
• Concealment, misrepresentation, or fraud provisions
• Coverage maintenance provisions
• Insured’s duties in event of loss provisions
• Insurer’s duties in event of loss provisions
• Property insurance exclusions
• Liability insurance exclusions
