- Explain what types of losses are covered under the NFIP policy.
- Explain loss adjustment procedures under the NFIP.
- Explain how waiver and estoppel can occur and how they can be avoided.

- Explain the purpose of an examination under oath (EUO).
- Explain how an EUO should be demanded and conducted.
