- Reinsurance companies
- Describe the federal government Social Security program.
- Identify other federal insurance programs.
- Describe common state government insurance programs:
- Workers compensation insurance funds
- Unemployment insurance programs
- Automobile insurance plans
- Fair Access to Insurance Requirements (FAIR) plans
- Beachfront and windstorm pools
- Insurance guarantee funds
